In recent years, along with the continuous integration of industries and fields in the race with 4.0 technology, education and training, especially graduate training, has also developed steps. outstanding. In addition, the objectives and output standards of Vietnam’s master’s and doctoral degrees have been prescribed according to the Vietnam National Qualification Framework (issued together with the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 1982/QD-TTg). ), basically compatible with and in accordance with the ASEAN4 Framework of Reference for Qualifications and the European Framework of Reference for Qualifications, ensuring that those who are trained in master’s and doctoral degrees after graduation are fully equipped with knowledge. , skills, autonomy and responsibility to initiate and conduct scientific research independently. Thus, it can be seen that in terms of policy, master’s and doctoral training in Vietnam has approached regional and international standards. However, in addition to the efforts of many training institutions with research results in the process of training masters and doctors, they are basic scientific works, effectively meeting the requirements, the level of urgency. necessary for the cause of industrialization, modernization and sustainable development of the country, in some other training institutions, the quality of training tends to go down. This article clarifies the economic, cultural and social context of Vietnam, thereby showing that the need for postgraduate human resource training is really necessary, not only in quantity but also in quality. At the same time, it also points out a number of solutions to ensure the quality of graduate training to meet the changes in the trend and demand for high-quality human resource training in Vietnam.
