Teaching Japanese language in asian conutries - experiences for postgraduate training at Hanoi Metropolitan University

This scientific article provides a comprehensive review of Japanese language education at universities worldwide. The paper explores Japanese language programs, pedagogical practices, challenges, and innovative approaches, shedding light on both successes and potential areas for improvement in this critical field of education. Through an analysis of existing literature on Japanese language teaching, the study highlights the diverse approaches, methods, sociocultural influences, language policies, and translation processes involved in the educational process. The insights gained from this review significantly contribute to enhancing effective teaching practices and the development of relevant teaching materials for Japanese language education on a global scale. This study aims to contribute information to the development of a Japanese language teaching program for postgraduate training at Hanoi Metropolitan University.
