Hanoi Metropolitan University publicly announces the expected learning outcomes for the training programs as follows:

THREE PUBLIC DISCLOSURES OF EDUCATIONAL QUALITY AT HANOI METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY

This is the dedicated page for information on the implementation of regulations for educational institutions within the national education system at Hanoi Metropolitan University (according to Circular No. 09/2009/TT-BGDĐT dated May 7, 2009, issued by the Minister of Education and Training). The following content is disclosed:

Content 1: Disclosure of Educational Quality Commitment and Actual Education Quality

a) Educational Quality Commitment: Conditions for the target student population, the educational program implemented by the institution, the required learning attitudes of students, the learning and living support activities for students, the institution's facilities, teaching staff, management staff, and management methods; training objectives, knowledge, skills, language proficiency, and employment prospects after graduation for each level and program of study.

b) Actual Educational Quality: The number of students, learners, and doctoral candidates at each educational level, training system, and program, differentiated by the number of students, learners, and doctoral candidates based on graduation outcomes, by orders from the government, local authorities, and businesses; employment rate and further studies one year after graduation.

c) Courses for each program and major: Disclosure of the instructors and supervisors (if applicable), the purpose of the course, the content and schedule of the lectures, recommended reference materials, and methods of evaluating students.

d) Textbooks and reference materials compiled by the institution: Disclosure of textbook titles (including electronic textbooks), reference materials, publication years, and the plan for compiling textbooks and reference materials for each major.

e) Graduation theses, dissertations, and theses of university students, master’s candidates, and doctoral candidates: Disclosure of the title, author(s), and supervisor(s), as well as a summary of the content.

f) Training services based on government, local authority, and business orders: Disclosure of the training units placing the orders, the number of students, duration, professions, levels, and training results.

g) Scientific research, technology transfer, trial production, and consulting activities: Disclosure of project names or scientific and technological tasks, the project leaders and team members, domestic and international partners, project duration and funding, and a summary of the products of the projects or research tasks, and practical applications.

h) Conferences and seminars organized by the educational institution: Disclosure of the conference/seminar topic, date, location, and the number of participants.

i) Education institution and program accreditation: Disclosure of quality assurance plans, self-assessment reports, external evaluation reports, and whether the institution meets the required quality standards.

Content 2: Disclosure of Educational Quality Assurance Conditions

a) Facilities: The number and area of lecture halls, classrooms, specialized rooms, practical training workshops, dormitories, sports facilities, and other training and testing equipment used.

b) Teaching staff, management staff, and employees: – The number of staff, their positions, and a distinction based on employment form and education level. – Brief biography of teaching staff: name (with photo), age, years of teaching experience, title, academic qualifications, research works, teaching and research experience, domestic and international research activities, published papers in domestic and international journals; information about students and doctoral candidates supervised by the teacher who successfully defended master's and doctoral theses, including summaries of the research topics and timelines. – The number of teaching staff, management staff, and employees receiving training and professional development; details of training forms, content, level, and duration within the current academic year and the following two years.

Content 3: Disclosure of Financial Income and Expenditure

a) As per the regulations in sections a, c, d, e of Article 4 of this regulation.

b) Tuition fees and other charges for each academic year, as well as the expected fees for the entire program.

c) Revenue from contracts related to training, scientific research, technology transfer, production, consulting, and other legal sources.

d) Scholarship policies and their implementation results for each academic year.
