Rèn luyện năng lực cảm xúc xã hội cho học viên sư phạm nhằm nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo sau đại học - Kinh nghiệm quốc tế và bài học ở Việt Nam

Social-emotional competence training is a trend in education and training. Currently, many scientists around the world have researched on this issue. In which, many studies mention the importance of socio-emotional competence in teachers’ professional activities. Training pedagogical students is one of the important tasks of graduate education. Based on world studies, the article outlines the theoretical and practical bases of the social-emotional capacity training activities for graduate students. From there, we draw a number of lessons learned in training social- emotional competence for pedagogical students in order to improve the quality of graduate training in Vietnam.
