Master of law training model in Vietnam: A correlational study
In this day and age, in the trend of globalization, integration is the main goal of every country around the world. With early recognition of the situation, at the beginning of the new millennium, the Vietnamese Government issued a policy of developing adaptive education in the new situation (Resolution 14/2005/NQ-CP, on comprehensive reform of higher education in Vietnam for the period 2006 - 2020), set the goal of renovating the educational representation of Vietnam. The resolution sets out the task of restructuring the program framework; renovating training content, closely linking with the practice of scientific research, developing technology and profession in society, serving the requirements of socio-economic development, and approaching the advanced level of the world. To implement the policy on education, at the same time meet the demand from the practice of improving the quality of human resource training. Law training in Vietnam needs to be approached with an international training model. In law training, the law master training plays a very important role not only in providing human resources for the country’s economic development but also in building and encompassing a compatible Vietnamese legal system with international standards. This article analyzes the model of law master training in some countries around the world such as the U.S., Russia, the UK, and France... From the typical law training models of the country, lessons are learned in the practice of law to improve the quality of law master training in Vietnam.
