Innovation of application-oriented university training post-programs to mêt the needs of high-management human resources for small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam
The curriculum establishes training objectives, implementation roadmap, required resources and activities to be carried out. When any factor changes, the curriculum needs to change accordingly. Therefore, the curriculum is not an immutable formula, but over time, along with changes in social requirements, the curriculum also needs to change accordingly. In response to the highly qualified human resource market, some training institutions have tended to shift the training process from traditional training (access to content) to application-oriented training. (access to capacity). In recent years, postgraduate training has provided a source of high-quality labor to serve the country’s socio-economic development. This article aims to analyze the current status of achieved results and shortcomings of application-oriented graduate training programs to meet the needs of highly qualified management human resources for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam, thereby proposing producing innovative solutions for training programs.
