Existing points in post-graduate training in Vietnam in the new context and some solutions
Training high-quality human resources is an important task in Vietnam’s education sector. It is obvious that postgraduate training plays an essential and urgent role, so it is necessary to focus on improving the quality and international approach to matching new requirements with the professional needs of globalization. Over the years, graduate training institutions have made comprehensive innovations in programs, content, with special emphasis on management. In addition to the remarkable results, postgraduate education has existing limitations due to both objective and subjective reasons. This study applies a synthesis method to collect data from official sources and actual data to analyze and point out the limitations and shortcomings, then propose some solutions to overcome problems in the Vietnamese context in the current exciting period of globalization.
