The Role of scientific research managementin quality assrance post graduate education research overview

The objective of this research paper is to investigate the role of scientific management in ensuring the quality of postgraduate education worldwide, with the aim of deriving theoretical insights and practical experiences that can be applied to the context of Vietnam. To achieve this objective, a comprehensive methodology is employed, encompassing the examination of current data sources, including scientific research literature, statistical data, and relevant legal documents pertaining to scientific management and the quality assurance of higher education and postgraduate education in both international settings and Vietnam. The paper provides a comprehensive overview of various models that elucidate the role of scientific management in ensuring the quality of higher education in general and postgraduate education. Moreover, it identifies and underscores the pivotal role of scientific management in relation to the quality of postgraduate education, as manifested through the strategic investments in research and development made by key stakeholders within the postgraduate education domain. Furthermore, the paper imparts practical implications by suggesting the integration of these identified theoretical insights and empirical experiences into a holistic transformative approach to higher education, especially regarding to the multifaceted roles of scientific management in ensuring the quality of postgraduate education in Vietnam amidst the dynamics of a market- oriented economy, a socially driven orientation, global integration, and digital transformation.
