Researching the current status of early childhood education human resource development through selected scientific articles worldwide

Early childhood education is a crucial and foundational stage that significantly influences the development of each individual. Developing human resources in early childhood education is a method to ensure the comprehensive development of children. Currently, there are numerous valuable studies worldwide aimed at enhancing the human resources for this level of education. In this research, we explore the current status of early childhood education human resource development through scientific publications in specialized journals. The information is gathered from articles listed in Scopus and Google Scholar. The synthesized content focuses on key aspects such as the significance of early childhood education human resource development, gaps and challenges in the development process, and global efforts in human resource development. The results of this study provide valuable insights for the Hanoi Metropolitan University and other universities to effectively implement undergraduate and postgraduate early childhood education teacher training programs.
