Some measures to enhance the scientific research capacity of postgraduate students at Hanoi Metropolitan University

The development of scientific research capabilities for postgraduate students during their training plays a crucial role in the quality of scientific research activities at universities. Based on the evaluation of the current state of scientific research activities of postgraduate students, this article proposes some solutions to enhance the scientific research capabilities of postgraduate students, thereby improving the quality of postgraduate training at HaNoi Metropolitan University.
