Solutions to promote the role of high - quality human resources in Vietnam

Vietnam is in the process of industrializing and modernizing its land, expanding friendly and cooperative relations with all countries in the world. This is an opportunity for our country to be able to compete with the great powers of the five continents in the world. At the same time, it also poses significant challenges for human resources in Vietnam, especially high-quality human resources with graduate degrees. In the article, the author analyzes some roles and limitations of high-quality human resources and proposes some measures to further promote the role of high-quality graduate human resources in Vietnam. Since then, affirming the role of high-quality human resources as a key driving force for the country’s socio-economic development.
