In the trend of globalization, international integration and Revolution 4.0, the knowledge-based economy, human resources especially high quality human resources have an important role. Why is there such a big difference between living standards of countries, The essence of the answer is labor productivity, innovation is an important factor affecting labor productivity. So, the demand for training high quality human resources, promoting innovation capabilities, is a matter of concern for each business and country. This article aims to analyze the influence of factors including the quality of human resource to innovation capacity of enterprises in the manufacturing industries in Viet Nam, on that basic, the paper suggests some policy implications on human resource training.
