Giáo dục đại học 4.0 trong bối cảnh cách mạng công nghiệp lần thứ 4
Context: To be able to meet the needs of the educational environment promoted by the 4.0 technology revolution - the role of teacher training must be changed and the ecosystem of universities must also change. Access to education has shifted from a traditional training environment to a technology-based training platform. New tools and technologies give learners the ability to learn across borders and with flexibility. Change in education is happening at a speed never seen before. Teachers must be at the forefront of helping learners realize their potential, however, currently, teaching staff at Vietnamese universities still lack the pedagogy to teach in the world’ digitization’ and have the capacity and experience to lead learners into a new era of technology. Therefore, it is more urgent than ever to innovate the content and teaching methods of the teaching staff.
Objective: To examine the effects of the industrial revolution 4.0 on higher education today, and to clarify the role of new technology in supporting the success of the university’s learning process. Vietnam.
Methods: This study was carried out through a literature review by collecting and reviewing several journals or documents related to higher education in the
4.0 revolution.
Results: The authors argue that Vietnamese universities need to move from the traditional way of imparting knowledge and conducting research to a new way of giving autonomy to teachers and learners through technology. Teaching and learning methods, innovation, and the learner’s added value experience through the use of technology are part of Higher Education 4.0.
