Evaluating the role ofit in improving the learning capacity of students at HNMU

In the development of higher education, the integration of IT shapes    the learning environment for students. This study discusses the role of IT in improving the learning capacity of students at HNMU (Hanoi Metropolitan University), and the benefits and challenges in the students’ learning process applying IT. Through the synthesis method of survey, interview and data analysis, this study deeply explores students’ use of ICT to achieve good academic performance. The study also explores why HNMU students enjoy using IT in research, academic collaboration, and exchange, and the benefits and challenges of using IT. At the same time, the study also analyzes the role of IT in advanced learning, the transformative potential, and the limitations of IT in the learning of HNMU students in the digital age. The research results will help lecturers and managers of HNMU to make policies for the effective integration of IT in the current era of globalization.
