Participatory approach in guiding guiding master students to implement master project in the professional-oriented master’s project of Educational Management is one of the ways to help training institutions improve the quality of training in general and the quality of master projects in particular. This article highlights theoretical issues about the participatory approach, professional- oriented master training in Education Management, thereby explaining the appropriateness of using this approach in guiding guiding master students   to implement master project and suggesting next steps for training institution managers to ensure the training quality of master program.
