Một số vấn đề chính sách nhân lực nghiên cứu khoa học ở Việt Nam hiện nay

The Vietnamese government is always interested in development of human resources in general and human resources for scientific research in particular. The State has promulgated many policies on recruiting, attracting, training, retraining and honoring scientific research human resources in order to improve the quality of scientific research human resources to meet the requirements of national development. However, Vietnam’s policy on human resources for scientific research is still improve the quality of scientific research human resources to meet the requirements of national development. However, Vietnam’s policy on human resources for scientific research is still limited, not really encouraging and motivating human resources for scientific research to devote themselves to scientific research activities that they love.
