On the morning of November 19, Hanoi Metropolitan University solemnly organized the HNMU Student Festival 2025—one of the highlight activities celebrating the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (November 20, 1982 – November 20, 2025). Meticulously prepared on a university-wide scale, the program attracted students from nine faculties, along with a large number of staff members, lecturers, and invited guests.

Attending the Festival were representatives of guest agencies, artists, professionals, coaches, and experts in the fields of arts and education. From the University side, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Anh Tuấn, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Văn Tuân, Vice President of Hanoi Metropolitan University, together with representatives from the Trade Union, Youth Union, Student Association, leaders of units, lecturers, and students of the University.

In his opening speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Văn Tuân emphasized that the Student Festival has become a symbol of HNMU’s youthful spirit—a place where talent, creativity, and aspiration are ignited. Each performance is not only an artistic presentation but also an opportunity for students to live their passion, connect values, and express their unique imprint within the richly distinctive HNMU community. The Vice President affirmed that as the new academic year begins, Hanoi Metropolitan University will continue to pursue the goal of building a happy environment—one that inspires students to grow, offers them opportunities to experience, and enables them to maximize their creative potential in line with the core values of “Humanity – Innovation – Motivation – Identity.”
The theme of this year’s Festival, “Youth Breaking Through – Shaping the Future,” conveys a powerful message encouraging students to dare to dream big, step beyond their comfort zones, embrace creativity, and make a difference. The University leadership hopes that from the Festival stage, new ideas will be sparked, new connections will be formed, and new aspirations will be spread throughout the HNMU student community.
The HNMU Student Festival 2025 comprised two main components: Student Greetings and Student Talents. The competing teams delivered well-prepared, creative performances, telling emotionally rich stories of the aspiration to conquer knowledge, love for Hanoi, the beauty of the teaching profession, and humanistic values in life. The Student Talents segment further energized the festive atmosphere with dance, singing, drama, modern art performances, and dynamic folk dances—demonstrating the confidence, capability, and spirit of international integration of HNMU students in the new era. Each performance stood as a testament to enthusiasm, creativity, and solidarity.

The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities excellently wins First Prize with outstanding scores across all three categories.
The Organizing Committee awarded Overall Prizes to units with outstanding achievements. The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities excellently won First Prize with outstanding scores in all three categories. Three Second Prizes were awarded to the Faculties of Economics and Tourism, Foreign Languages, and Education, recognizing their serious and well-balanced investment. The Institute of Hanoi Studies and International Training; the Faculty of Management and Urban Studies; and the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Technology received Third Prizes for their creative performances and positive competitive spirit. The Faculties of Physical Education – National Defense and Security, and Engineering and Environment were awarded Consolation Prizes, bringing to a close a vibrant, dynamic, and inspiring Festival season.
