In accordance with the 2025 undergraduate admission plan, Hanoi Metropolitan University announces the undergraduate regular full-time admission plan for 2025 as follows:

2. Admission Candidates and Scope
2.1. Admission Candidates
Candidates must meet the admission requirements regulated by the Ministry of Education and Training.
2.2. Admission Scope
Hanoi Metropolitan University admits students nationwide for all academic programs.
3. Admission Methods
Method 1: Direct admission and priority admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Method 2: Admission based on international language proficiency certificates (level 3 or equivalent or higher) issued within 2 years before application submission, combined with scores from the National High School Graduation Exam. This method is not applicable to the Physical Education major.

5. Some of the University’s Specialized Training Orientations
For Early Childhood Education, the university organizes training with two orientations: Public Preschool Education; Inclusive Preschool Education.
For Primary Education, the university offers three orientations: Public Primary Education; Inclusive Primary Education; Advanced Primary Education.
For Applied Mathematics, the university organizes training in the orientation of Applied Mathematical Informatics.
For Public Management, two orientations: Public Financial Management; Human Resource Management.
For Business Administration, two orientations: Marketing Management; Business Management.
For Political Science, the university offers a specialization in Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought.
For Finance – Banking, two orientations: Corporate Finance; Banking.
For Environmental Engineering Technology, two orientations: Environmental Management; Environmental Analysis.
For Literature, the university organizes training in the orientation of Literary Industry.
Note: The university only organizes training in orientations that meet the minimum number of students required to form a class.
6. Admission Score Calculation by Method
Method 1: Direct admission and priority admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Hanoi Metropolitan University implements this according to the Ministry’s regulations.
Method 2: Admission based on international foreign language proficiency certificates of level 3 or higher (or equivalent) obtained within 2 years of the application date combined with high school graduation exam results (not applied to Physical Education major).

Admission score = (A x 2) + (B + C)/2 + D
Where:
A = Converted score from international foreign language certificate
B = Math score in 2025 high school graduation exam
C = Literature score in 2025 high school graduation exam
D = Priority score (if any)

Method 3: Admission based on 12th-grade high school academic results. (Not applicable for teacher training programs except Physical Education.)
For this method, the admission score is the sum of the grades in three relevant subjects in grade 12:

Admission score = (Subject 1) + (Subject 2) + (Subject 3) + [Priority Score (if any)]
Priority is given to candidates with a total score of 22.5 or higher (converted to a 10-point scale, with total of 3 subjects up to 30), calculated as:
Priority score = [(30 – Total score)/7.5] x Priority coefficient
Method 4: Admission based on the results of the national high school graduation exam.
The admission score includes scores of subjects in the selected combination:

Method 5: Admission based on the competency assessment results organized by Hanoi National University of Education in 2025.

Based on the Enrollment Regulation and 2025 Enrollment Plan issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, Hanoi Metropolitan University will develop a detailed enrollment project and publicly announce it via official channels.
