Training workshop on developing technical-economic norms and service pricing

The training workshop has contributed to completing the process of developing technical-economic norms and determining the pricing of education and training services in line with the practical conditions of Hanoi Metropolitan University.

On August 13, 2025, Hanoi Metropolitan University, in collaboration with Nha Trang University, organized a training workshop on “Developing Technical-Economic Norms and Service Pricing” for staff and specialists of departments, centers, heads and deputy heads of training units, as well as representatives of the Board of Management of Thang Long Primary, Secondary, and High School.

The delegation of experts from Nha Trang University attending the workshop included Dr. Quach Hoai Nam – Acting Vice President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Manh – Head of the Planning and Finance Department; Assoc. Prof. Dr. To Van Phuong – Head of the Undergraduate Training Department; and MSc. Tran Minh Van – Deputy Head of the Infrastructure and Information Technology Department.

At the training workshop, the experts provided guidance on developing training programs and detailed course syllabi; digitizing programs and syllabi on the training management system; developing, appraising, and promulgating technical-economic norms. The experts also gave instructions on how to input data into the technical-economic norms development software of Nha Trang University.

The workshop took place in a serious yet dynamic atmosphere, with lively discussions and exchanges on issues related to the development of technical-economic norms and the practical experiences of Nha Trang University, as well as their application at Hanoi Metropolitan University. It contributed to completing the process of developing technical-economic norms and determining the pricing of education and training services in accordance with the practical conditions of Hanoi Metropolitan University.
