1. General information

– Building regulatory system and guidance documents in appropriate with the regulations aiming to call for all resources taking part in technological and scientific research and development cooperation activities.

– Developing highly qualified and experienced staffs to join in projects of State and ministries, departments. Striving to 2020, the school has from 30% to 40% of scientists and researchers in the fields outside of education. By 2025, this figure will reach to 50% or 60%.

– Developing and promoting the activities of the Centre for Science and Technology. Striving to 2020, the Center for Science and Technology will become the organizational unit which can apply effectively scientific research results.By 2025, The unit will become the prestigious ones on the field of research of the Capital.

– Promoting international cooperation in education and scientific research. By 2020, striving to implement 02 or 03 international cooperation projects under the bilateral cooperation as well as to establish 01 international center on training cooperation.

– Enhancing projects on infrastructure, research capacity, school administration aims to develop school towards multi-disciplinary, application. From 2020, the school will use 20% to 25% of funds for for scientific and technological activities
