The Nguyễn Trường Tộ Scholarship Award Ceremony for the 2025–2026 academic year.

In order to encourage and motivate students in difficult circumstances to continuously strive in their studies and self-improvement, Hanoi Metropolitan University organized the Nguyễn Trường Tộ Scholarship Award Ceremony “For Students Overcoming Difficulties to Excel in Study” for the 2025–2026 academic year, with the support of VNHelp and the Vietnam Promotion of Learning Fund.

On the afternoon of October 29, 2026, Hanoi Metropolitan University held the Nguyễn Trường Tộ Scholarship Award Ceremony “For Students Overcoming Difficulties to Excel in Study” for the 2025–2026 academic year. This meaningful activity contributes to encouraging students’ spirit of learning, resilience, and social responsibility.

Attending the program were Mr. Mai Phước Bảo – Coordinator of the Nguyễn Trường Tộ Scholarship Project, representative of VNHelp (California, USA); Ms. Nguyễn Thu Hương – Director of the Vietnam Promotion of Learning Fund. On behalf of Hanoi Metropolitan University was Dr. Bùi Quốc Hoàn – Vice Rector of the University, along with representatives of faculties, institutes, and scholarship recipients.

The Organizing Committee awarded 15 Nguyễn Trường Tộ scholarships to students affected by natural disasters from various faculties and institutes of the University.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 15 Nguyễn Trường Tộ scholarships to students from various faculties and institutes of the University, including those affected by natural disasters. These students come from disadvantaged economic backgrounds but have consistently strived to overcome challenges, achieved good academic results, and actively engaged in self-improvement throughout their studies.

Mr. Mai Phước Bảo – Coordinator of the Nguyễn Trường Tộ Scholarship Project and representative of VNHelp – delivered remarks at the program.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Mai Phước Bảo affirmed that the Nguyễn Trường Tộ Scholarship not only provides material support but also serves as recognition and encouragement, strengthening students’ confidence and motivation to continue their educational journey, develop themselves, and contribute to society in the future.

Dr. Bùi Quốc Hoàn, Vice Rector of Hanoi Metropolitan University, delivered remarks at the program.

In his remarks, Dr. Bùi Quốc Hoàn expressed appreciation for the attention and support from sponsoring organizations, emphasizing that the University always considers caring for and supporting students—especially those in difficult circumstances—as a key and ongoing mission in its training and development process.
