Hanoi Metropolitan University Concludes Pilot Implementation and Provides Training on the Creative Learning Ecosystem
In implementation of Decision No. 4906/QĐ-UBND dated December 8, 2022, issued by the Hanoi People’s Committee regarding the Program for developing the “Learning and Creative Ecosystem” model at all educational levels, on December 21, 2025, Hanoi Metropolitan University organized a training workshop and a review conference on the pilot implementation of the creative learning ecosystem model in Thường Tín District.
The program was attended by representatives of the People’s Committees of Thường Tín, Thượng Phúc, Hồng Vân, and Chương Dương communes; leaders of Hanoi Metropolitan University; the Professional Board of Program 1217; along with more than 300 administrators and teachers from preschool, primary, lower secondary, and upper secondary schools in the area.
Within the framework of the program, delegates and participants listened to three key thematic presentations. The first theme was presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Anh Tuấn – Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the University Council of Hanoi Metropolitan University – clarifying the necessity and development orientation of the creative learning ecosystem in the context of educational reform in the Capital. The second theme, presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Thị Kim Sơn, focused on analyzing the structure, levels, and conditions for model formation at each educational level. The third theme, presented by Dr. Hoàng Thị Mai, emphasized the core role of digital transformation and creative learning technologies in the effective operation of the model.
Assoc. On this occasion, the Professional Board of Program 1217 reviewed the pilot implementation of the model at 30 schools across Hanoi, including 14 schools and independent preschool classes in the Thường Tín area. The Board presented Pilot Implementation Certificates and appreciation gifts to participating units in recognition of their active cooperation.

The training workshop and pilot review contributed to enhancing awareness and implementation capacity of the creative learning ecosystem model among administrators and teachers. At the same time, it provided an important practical foundation for Hanoi Metropolitan University to continue researching, refining, and developing the model in the next phase, aiming to build a creative educational ecosystem for the Capital and the country as a whole.
