Graduation Ceremony and Degree Conferment for the 2023–2026 Bridging Program Cohort
Attending the ceremony, on behalf of the affiliated partner institution was M.A. Do Thi Thao, Director of the Training Cooperation Center, Foreign Language Technology and Communication College.
Representing Hanoi Metropolitan University were Dr. Bui Quoc Hoan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the University, along with university leaders, lecturers, graduating students, and a large number of parents and family members who came to celebrate.

The University Board of Management took commemorative photos with the new graduates.
In this graduation round, 216 students were officially recognized as graduates. This achievement not only reflects the outcomes of the training program but also demonstrates the students’ serious academic commitment, determination to excel, and persistent efforts throughout their studies.

Dr. Bui Quoc Hoan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the University, extended his congratulations to the new graduates.
In his speech, Dr. Bui Quoc Hoan congratulated the graduates and emphasized that the degree awarded was not only the result of serious academic dedication but also proof of professional responsibility, perseverance, and continuous effort—especially considering that most of their studies took place on weekends while balancing work, family, and education. University leadership expressed confidence that with the knowledge, skills, and experiences they had gained, the graduates would continue to excel in their workplaces, contribute to improving educational quality, and make meaningful contributions to society.

At the ceremony, student Vu Thi Thanh, class DLTC MN2023-09, on behalf of all graduates, sincerely thanked the University Board, lecturers, supporting units, and families for their constant support and encouragement throughout the learning journey. Her emotional reflections on balancing work, study, and family responsibilities while persistently pursuing education deeply moved attendees, clearly demonstrating resilience, professional dedication, and belief in the value of knowledge.

The degree conferment ceremony took place solemnly in an atmosphere filled with emotion and pride. Each graduate, dressed in academic regalia, stepped onto the stage to receive their diploma amid applause and congratulations from lecturers, classmates, and loved ones. These radiant moments marked an important milestone in each student’s journey of growth and achievement.
While the graduation ceremony came to a close, it also opened new journeys filled with hope and aspiration for the graduates. Leaving the university with degrees in hand, Hanoi Metropolitan University’s new graduates carry with them knowledge, professional competence, and pride in having matured under the University’s guidance.
