This is an annual activity of the University. The "Dialogue Conference between the University Board of Rectors and Students" was held in an open and straightforward manner. During the dialogue, nearly 100 questions and comments from students focused on key areas such as finance, training, and facilities. Notably, the training and academic programs attracted the most attention, with many students raising questions related to this topic.

Representatives from the Department of Academic Affairs and Student Services addressed questions concerning class schedules and exam timetables; timelines for internships and practical training; program structure; requirements for foreign language and IT proficiency upon admission and graduation; and the arrangement of study locations across the University’s four campuses. According to the department, class schedules are designed based on actual conditions and student learning needs to ensure logic and efficiency.

Facilities for study and student life were also of great interest. Students expressed their hopes that the University would invest more in classroom infrastructure—such as desks, projectors, Wi-Fi systems, campus space, canteens, and transitional rest areas between lessons. In the future, teaching equipment will continue to be upgraded and expanded to support modern teaching and learning environments. However, the use of facilities and equipment must also be more mindful and efficient to avoid rapid deterioration and waste.

In terms of financial matters, many students were also concerned. Currently, tuition fees are paid through banking applications and services. The University is committed to promptly and accurately updating students' financial information to best support their academic progress.

This dialogue serves as an opportunity for the Board of Rectors, faculty members, and students to come closer together, foster mutual understanding, and identify optimal solutions for academic operations. On behalf of the Board of Rectors, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Hong Cuong, the Rector, shared that this conference is just one communication channel between students and the University. He encouraged students to continue sharing their thoughts, feedback, and suggestions through various channels so the University can consider and make appropriate adjustments.

It is evident that in this year’s conference, the quality and depth of student questions have shown significant improvement compared to previous sessions. The questions reflected broad representation and deep insights into the concerns and expectations of the student body. The Board of Rectors sincerely acknowledges and will seriously consider students’ valuable suggestions in order to improve and steer the University's development in the right direction.

In the coming period, the University will receive investment and support from the People's Committee of Hanoi for the improvement of its infrastructure. Some projects will be implemented starting in 2025, while others will require long-term strategic investment. Many of the issues raised by students, especially those concerning campus facilities, will need appropriate time and resources to resolve. Matters such as campus landscaping and classroom environments will be prioritized for immediate and timely action.

Rector Do Hong Cuong also requested that functional departments record, monitor, and provide feedback on the implementation progress of student suggestions and requests.

Student representatives posed questions to the university leadership:

The dialogue conference demonstrated the University's close attention and commitment to all students, faculty, and staff, aiming to enhance the quality of education and to innovate the educational environment towards modernization and international integration.
