Conference on Legal Education for Traffic Safety and the Prevention of Social Evils for the Academic Year 2025–2026 at Hanoi Metropolitan University.

Overview of the Conference

On the morning of January 29, 2026, Hanoi Metropolitan University organized a Conference on legal dissemination and education regarding traffic order and safety, as well as the prevention of social evils and school violence for students in the academic year 2025–2026.

The presenters attended the Conference.

Attending the Conference were: Mr. Hoàng Văn Tập, Officer of the Hanoi Traffic Safety Committee; Lieutenant Colonel Hoàng Văn Thành, Deputy Head of the Education Security Division, Internal Political Security Department, Hanoi City Police; Captain Phạm Hồng Hải Ninh, Officer of the Internal Political Security Department, Hanoi City Police. On behalf of the University were Dr. Bùi Quốc Hoàn, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the University, along with leaders of various units, lecturers, and students.

Lieutenant Colonel Hoàng Văn Thành, Deputy Head of the Education Security Division, Internal Political Security Department, Hanoi City Police, delivered a report at the Conference.

Mr. Hoàng Văn Tập, Officer of the Hanoi Traffic Safety Committee, engaged in discussion and addressed students’ questions at the Conference.

At the Conference, speakers presented practical and relevant topics focusing on three main areas: Fundamental provisions of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety and the Law on Roads; regulations on railway and inland waterway traffic safety. Prevention of alcohol-related harm. Prevention and control of crimes and social evils such as drug abuse, gambling, school violence, and online fraud; administrative penalties in the field of traffic safety and students’ responsibilities in maintaining security and order. During the interactive session, Mr. Hoàng Văn Tập addressed students’ questions and provided further clarification on traffic safety regulations and practical concerns.

The content was presented in a vivid and accessible manner, making it easy for students to understand and absorb.
