Cooperation Signing Ceremony between Hanoi Metropolitan University and VTED Company
On the morning of October 10, Hanoi Metropolitan University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with VTED Education Development and Trading Co., Ltd. The event marks an important milestone in the University’s strategy toward application-oriented development, integration, and innovation.
Attending the signing ceremony, representing Hanoi Metropolitan University, were Dr. Bùi Quốc Hoàn – Vice Rector, along with representatives of relevant departments and units. From VTED, Ms. Trương Thị Phượng Anh – General Director, and members of the company’s executive board were present.

In his remarks, Dr. Bùi Quốc Hoàn provided an overview of the University’s history and development, emphasizing the importance of strengthening partnerships with organizations that possess expertise in academic English training, international test preparation, and advanced educational technologies. He highlighted that this cooperation with VTED would contribute to improving students’ foreign language proficiency, global integration skills, and overall training quality, while also accelerating the University’s digital transformation in teaching and learning activities.

Representing VTED, Mr. Nguyễn Đăng Lăng – Deputy Director of the Center for Training and Professional Development – shared the company’s vision, mission, and expectations in accompanying the University. Both parties agreed to implement several key areas of cooperation, including organizing international test preparation courses (IELTS, APTIS ESOL, SAT); providing training in academic English, English for specific purposes, and soft skills for students; as well as jointly developing the VTED eLearning online learning platform integrated with artificial intelligence (AI) technology to optimize the teaching and learning experience.
