On the morning of March 31, 2026, Hanoi Metropolitan University organized a Conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Politburo Resolution No. 02-NQ/TW, the Hanoi Party Committee’s Action Program, and the Development Strategy of Hanoi Metropolitan University. This was an important political event aimed at unifying awareness, enhancing responsibility, and orienting action throughout the University’s Party Committee.

The conference was chaired by Dr. Trần Anh Tuấn, Member of the Hanoi Party Committee, Secretary of the University Party Committee, and Vice President; along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Đỗ Hồng Cường, Deputy Secretary of the University Party Committee and President, together with all Party Committee members, secretaries, deputy secretaries of affiliated Party cells, and Party members of Hanoi Metropolitan University.

Dr. Trần Anh Tuấn, Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President, presented the new key points of Politburo Resolution No. 02-NQ/TW.

At the conference, Dr. Trần Anh Tuấn thoroughly conveyed and implemented the core contents of the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Politburo Resolution No. 02-NQ/TW on the construction and development of Hanoi Capital in the new era, and the Hanoi Party Committee’s Action Program, while connecting these with the strategic orientation for Hanoi Metropolitan University’s development in the new period. These important contents contributed to ideological unity, enhanced political awareness, and strengthened determination for action throughout the University’s Party Committee.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Đỗ Hồng Cường, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President, presented the University’s orientation and vision for the 2026–2030 period.

Continuing the conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Đỗ Hồng Cường introduced the University’s new regulations and rules to be implemented from the 2026–2027 academic year. This content not only helped staff and Party members promptly grasp updates in management, administration, and task implementation, but also created a foundation for further improving the quality of the University’s operations.

All Party members of the University Party Committee participated in thoroughly understanding the viewpoints, objectives, and tasks set forth by the Party, the Politburo, and the Hanoi Party Committee.

The conference served as an opportunity for all Party members of Hanoi Metropolitan University to firmly grasp the major viewpoints, goals, tasks, and solutions established by the Party, the Politburo, and the Hanoi Party Committee, thereby concretizing them into each field of the University’s work. Through this, the conference helped strengthen unity in awareness and action, while promoting the spirit of responsibility and the pioneering, exemplary role of staff and Party members in the process of building and developing Hanoi Metropolitan University.
