Citizen and Student Orientation Week – Beginning of the 2025–2026 Academic Year

In celebration of the new academic year 2025–2026, the University of Hanoi held the "Citizen and Student Orientation Week" for the incoming class of 2025. This is an important activity aimed at providing students with essential information about their rights, duties, rules, and regulations, while also helping them quickly integrate into the new learning environment.

During the orientation week, students were introduced to key topics, including: training rules and regulations; guidance on using information systems and training software (credit registration, viewing class schedules, exam schedules, and training programs); meeting foreign language competency requirements; financial obligations of students towards the university; student-related regulations: internal rules, regulations, policies, scholarships, rewards; introduction to library activities and information retrieval guidance; knowledge on preventing cybercrimes and ensuring digital safety; examination processes, appeals, and retakes; health information and student healthcare; and instructions on writing reports and discussions.

In addition, students were informed about the university's mission, vision, core values, and educational philosophy, which helped foster a sense of pride, responsibility, and motivation to strive right from the beginning of the course.

During this week, new students not only acquired necessary knowledge but also had the opportunity to interact directly with the university's leadership and faculty members, addressing initial concerns and shaping appropriate study and training plans.
