• Building strategies on developing personel staff of the school
• Implementing the recruitment plans as well as training courses for HNMU’s lecturers and staffs
• Implementing the regulations concerning rewards and punishments
• Proposing the Rectors on works of internal politics
• Collaborating with the functional units on the work of security and order
