2. Functions and Responsibilities
Research theoretical foundations and methodologies on strategy development, planning, and forecasting; analyze, synthesize, and evaluate the university's development prospects and factors supporting strategic research, planning, and forecasting; study and analyze the impacts and forecast development trends of the university.
Serve as the main contact point for cooperation with relevant authorities in policy formulation, strategic development, implementation of plans, and monitoring the university's development activities.
Advise and propose sustainable development policies for the university and its affiliated units; provide feedback and counterarguments on programs and specialized issues when assigned by the University Management Board.
Collaborate with organizations, both domestic and international, on issues related to strategy and policy.
Propose policies to attract scientists and experts to participate in research, teaching, and other specialized activities required by the university.
Develop projects and research topics when assigned by the Rector; provide feedback on proposals regarding strategy, planning, and forecasting as assigned by the Rector.
