Implementation of Administrative Reform Work in 2024 at Hanoi Metropolitan University

In implementation of Decision No. 6745/QĐ-UBND dated December 31, 2023, by the Hanoi People's Committee on issuing the 2024 State Administrative Reform Plan of Hanoi City,

Hanoi Metropolitan University develops the Plan for Implementing Administrative Reform Work in 2024 with the following specific contents:


I. PURPOSES AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Purposes

  • To continue building a clean, strong, professional, modern administrative system that operates effectively and efficiently; creating favorable conditions for students; students' parents; university staff, employees, lecturers, and related organizations and individuals in processing administrative procedures.

  • To develop a team of staff and contracted workers with the qualities, capacity, and qualifications to meet the requirements of socio-economic development in the capital; to continue effectively applying information technology, contributing to improving the management and operational efficiency of the university with its departments, faculties, and centers.

  • To fully and correctly publicize procedures and processes at the university and on the university’s official website.

2. Requirements

  • The implementation of administrative reform work must ensure timeliness, quality, and the content of the assigned tasks; ensuring close coordination among affiliated units, subordinate units, and mass organizations within the university.

  • Heads of units are responsible for organizing the implementation of their unit’s administrative reform plan.
