Xây dựng chương trình đào tạo trình độ thạc sĩ quản lý giáo dục theo định hướng ứng dụng đáp ứng yêu cầu cán bộ quản lý giáo dục nghề nghiệp

The training program at the master’s level in education management     is application-oriented to train human resources in education management according to the approach of capacity development, with political qualities and solid ideology, has a scientific worldview, has discipline, has professional ethics, has the ability to socialize, masters basic knowledge of educational management in general and vocational education in particular. The article mentions the following contents: (i) Some general issues on building application- oriented master’s training programs; (ii) Evaluation of the application-oriented master’s program in training vocational education managers; (iii) Measures to develop application-oriented master’s training programs in order to form qualities and capabilities in training vocational education managers to meet the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education vocational education in the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country.
