In this article, the authors clarify concepts related to the university’s community service activities, comment on the reality of community service activities in the Management training program Education at Hanoi Metropolitan University. On that basis, the authors propose a number of solutions for Hanoi Metropolitan University to implement in order to gradually meet the requirements related to community service tasks in the Management training program education management, contributing to meeting the set of standards for assessing the quality of higher education institutions.
