Chất lượng đào tạo của cơ sở giáo dục đại học - Những nhân tố ảnh hưởng và khuyến nghị hành động

 Nowadays, the integration and internationalization is a trend speading in all fields of the social and economic life, especially in training and education. Comparative requirements and training quality have an important role in higher educational institutions’ developed strategies. With the objectives of existence and development, especially the substainable development in the autonomy trend, higher educational institutions have an urgent obligation to improve the training quality. Under the condition of autonomy, higher educational institutions have to balance incomes and expenses to have efficient financial use. Therefore, reasonable resource allocation has an important role. To make suitable decisions, higher educational institutions should identify the factors affecting the training quality. This article summarizes and identifies factors affecting the training quality, and gives some suggestions to Vietnamese higher educational institutions.
