1. Comrade ĐỖ HỒNG CƯỜNG, Party Secretary, Chairman of the University Council
Responsibilities: Overall leadership of the entire Party Committee; university development strategy and planning; Party building, personnel organization, and internal political security; Political Commissar of the University’s Military Command.
In charge of the Party Cell: Human Resources Department and Planning - Finance Department.
2. Comrade Nguyễn Anh Tuấn, Chairman of the University Council
Responsibilities: University Council affairs.
3. Comrade Bùi Quốc Hoàn, Deputy Party Secretary
Responsibilities: Management of academic resources; teaching, learning, and research equipment; community service operations.
In charge of the Party Cell: Faculty of Sports Science and Health.
4. Comrade Nguyễn Văn Tuân, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Party Inspection Committee, Vice President
Responsibilities: Party inspection, supervision, commendation, and discipline.
In charge of the Party Cell: Academic Affairs.
5. Comrade Phạm Thị Ngọc Bích, Party Committee Member
Responsibilities: Expansion and development of the non-formal education market.
In charge of the Party Cell: Vocational - Service Department.
6. Comrade Nguyễn Thành Công, Party Committee Member
Responsibilities: Cultural, artistic, physical education, and sports activities.
In charge of the Party Cell: Faculty of Engineering and Environment.
7. Comrade Trần Thị Hà Giang, Party Committee Member
Responsibilities: Education quality assurance.

8. Comrade Vũ Công Hảo, Party Committee Member
Responsibilities: Propaganda and ideological education.

Responsibilities: Digital transformation across all university activities.
