2. Training Program
Graduates of the Bachelor of Literature program will acquire a fundamental, comprehensive, and systematic knowledge of Linguistics and Literature, as well as interdisciplinary knowledge in Social Sciences and Humanities. Especially in specialized content, students will be trained in and develop skills in literary criticism, presentation, and lecturing on literary works; correctly applying specialized knowledge to study, analyze, and interpret literary schools, theories, and phenomena—both domestic and international.
With this knowledge and skillset, students can apply them in research, creative work, organizing literary, journalism, and media activities, conferences, seminars, or developing cultural and social programs. Notably, students can introduce major world literatures to Vietnam and promote Vietnamese literary heritage abroad; as well as participate directly in contemporary literary life (criticism, evaluation, creative writing, engaging in journalism, publishing, media, and promoting Vietnamese literature globally), contributing to building a healthy, flourishing literary culture and enhancing the cultural and aesthetic life of Vietnamese people—serving the country's development in the context of innovation, integration, and globalization.

Those who supplement with pedagogical training can become teachers or lecturers in Literature at various educational institutions.
Graduates can pursue graduate studies (Master’s or Ph.D.) in majors such as: Folklore, Literary Theory, Vietnamese Literature, Foreign Literature, Linguistic Theory, Methods of Teaching Literature, Vietnamese Teaching Methodology, Sino-Nom Studies, Cultural Studies, Journalism – Communication, etc., both domestically and abroad.
