Information on the National Scientific Conference AI4EDU 2025: 'AI & General Education: Opportunities, Challenges, and Future Directions
The University of Hanoi, in collaboration with the Vietnam Information Technology and Communications Club (FISU Vietnam) and the University of Danang, organized the National Scientific Conference AI4EDU 2025, with the theme: "AI & General Education: Opportunities, Challenges, and Future Directions."
As Artificial Intelligence (AI) increasingly affirms its vital role in all aspects of social life, especially in education, this conference was held to provide a forum for exchanging and discussing the opportunities, challenges, and solutions for integrating AI into general education in Vietnam.
The conference attracted nearly 80 papers, with 60 outstanding articles selected and published in the conference proceedings, which have an ISBN number. The papers focused on two main topics:
AI in Education – Overview, International Experiences, and Human Resource Development Strategies: Analyzing global and national AI application trends, AI competency frameworks for teachers, and policies and strategies for developing educational human resources in the digital age.
AI in Teaching Reform and Assessment: Introducing AI application models in personalized learning, smart classroom organization, innovative assessment methods, and reducing administrative burdens for teachers.

Afternoon: 3 thematic sessions
Session 1: Opportunities and challenges of AI in general education; developing a teaching staff and educational managers to meet AI demands; international experiences and AI application models in education.
Session 2: AI in reforming content, methods, forms of teaching, and assessment
Session 3: AI Intelligence Olympics

With the gathering of education administrators, scientists, technology experts, and teachers from across the country, AI4EDU 2025 is expected to become an important forum for knowledge sharing, experience exchange, and solution proposals, contributing to improving the quality of human resources and shaping the future of education in Vietnam in the age of artificial intelligence.
