Đảm bảo chất lượng đào tạo sau đại học trong bối cảnh cuộc cách mạng công nghệ 4.0

In the Modern Age in which the Fourth Industrial Revolution and digitaltransformation are taking place, there have been seen changes of revolutionary character in education in general and in higher education in particular. In this context, universities have to change their trainingfunctions in higher education and post-graduate education with a view to training and producing high-quality human resources. A new appropriate model to be needed is to develop smart universities (or so called 4.0 universities) where their urposes, roles and methods of training and the forms of teaching and learning and the ways of evaluating the training quality, etc, have to be changed, completely differing from traditional universities. At present universities in Vietnam have only some elements of a smart university. Even so, it should be affirmed that developing smart universities is an objective and necessary trend and it should be done step by step right now.
